Best case scenarios, even those formulated by the Federal Reserve, anticipate a sharp downturn in the economy.  Worst case scenarios, however, are more grim, ranging from stagflation, hyperinflation, to even currency collapse.  This article exams two international jurisdictions which have positioned themselves as offshore business hubs that may be worth knowing about.
